Avenir AV74 Review: Avenir Escape Helmet. I'm buying this helmet again to replace the one I was wearing last week in a serious wreck. The only thing that didn't get hurt was my head, which I landed almost directly on at 20mph. This helmet literally saved my life - it fit perfectly (comes with lots of extra pads and adjustable features to ensure proper fit) and was exactly where it needed to be when I needed it most.
