UPDATE 3.01.10; This is disappointing to report because we wanted this toilet to perform well over time but the cleaning schedule recommended by Kohler DID NOT work for our home. They recommend a bi-monthly flush with several gallons of water. We did this on schedule, kept the urinal pristine clean, did everything they asked, including using their products and a year and a half later THE DRAIN COMPLETELY CLOGGED FROM SEDIMENT.
